| Abstract: | El ser humano siempre ha precisado estar en comunicación, saber qué pasa en su entorno y conocer el porqué de las cosas. Con el paso del tiempo y los avances tecnológicos, ha cambiado la forma en que se comunica e informa acerca de lo que acontece a su alrededor. La necesidad de comunicarse, que se remonta prácticamente a los inicios de la humanidad y la forma en que se trasmiten los mensajes ha estado en constante cambio desde entonces. En la actualidad, son varios los factores que se conjugan para que la ciudadanía elija el medio de comunicación a través del cual prefiere informarse, si es que tiene la posibilidad de hacerlo, puesto que de lo contrario, recibirá la información por parte de los medios de comunicación y canales de difusión que estén a su alcance. |
| Description: | Human beings have always needed to communicate, to know what is happening around them, and to understand the reasons behind things. With the passage of time and technological advances, the way in which they communicate and inform themselves about what is happening around them has changed. The need to communicate, which dates back practically to the dawn of humanity, and the way in which messages are transmitted have been in constant flux ever since. Today, several factors come together to determine the means of communication that citizens choose to use to inform themselves, if they have the possibility to do so.
