| Abstract: | El presente trabajo tiene la intención de ofrecer un panorama sobre la música popular del municipio de Trancoso, exclusivamente de los corridos, pues es un género arraigado en esta región. La investigación rescata y repasa las tradiciones que son mencionadas en las letras, con el fin de darlas a conocer y refrescar la memoria de los trancoseños. Respecto a la metodología se ofrecen dos niveles de acercamiento al significado de los corridos: la entrevista a profundidad y el análisis del contenido, mismos que nos ayuda a ahondar en la intención de los autores y al mismo tiempo a encontrar la idea que tienen los trancoseños sobre su identidad. Se recorre la historia de Trancoso desde la posrevolución hasta finales del siglo XX retratando los principales acontecimientos que se dieron lugar. Además de enaltecer a los personajes que forjaron identidad y sobre todo que a través de sus canciones aportaron al crecimiento de la cultura municipal. |
| Description: | The present work has the intention of offering an overview of the popular music in the municipality of Trancoso, exclusively of corridos, since it is a genre deeply rooted in this region. The research rescues and reviews the traditions that are mentioned in the lyrics, in order to make them known and refresh the memory of the people of Trancoso. Regarding the methodology, two levels of approach to the meaning of corridos are offered: the in-depth interview and the content analysis, which help us to delve into the intention of the authors and at the same time to find the idea that trancoseños have about their identity. It traces the history of Trancoso from the post-revolution to the end of the twentieth century, portraying the main events that took place. In addition to exalt or prais the characters that forged identity and above all, that through their songs contributed to the growth of the municipal culture |
