| Abstract: | La implementación de la Reforma Integral de la Educación Media Superior representa para los docentes una serie de retos y preocupaciones. Entre éstos el nuevo enfoque por competencias y la posible desconexión curricular caracterizada por la ausencia de materiales adecuados a las nuevas disposiciones. Si a esto le sumamos la importancia que los libros de texto tienen en el proceso de enseñanza de las matemáticas, la elección de materiales por parte de los profesores cobra mayor relevancia. Por lo anterior se identificó cuáles de las Competencias Disciplinares Extendidas al campo de las matemáticas del Marco Curricular Común se ven favorecidas con las actividades propuestas en tres libros de texto. El estudio se acota al tema de límites, debido a su importancia como concepto estructurador y su complejidad para la enseñanza y contextualización. Para tal fin se diseñó un instrumento, tomando como base teórico-metodológica los dos primeros organizadores curriculares del análisis didáctico. Los resultados se organizan en tres rubros. Los que corroboran la importancia del libro de texto en la práctica del profesor e ilustran la percepción y los criterios de selección de los profesores encuestados. Un comparativo de las dimensiones de los significados que se promueven en cada libro de texto; los cuáles si bien son coincidentes en el significado de referencia propuesto por el programa oficial, dejan ver la necesidad de utilizar más de un libro de texto. Por último se presentan las capacidades, que pueden ser movilizadas por los estudiantes, en la solución de los ejercicios y problemas propuestos en los libros de texto. Las cuales impactan en el logro de objetivos de aprendizaje teóricos, técnicos y prácticos que a su vez favorecen el desarrollo de ciertas competencias. En este rubro se identificaron desequilibrios importantes para el tema de límites, principalmente en su aplicación en contextos no matemáticos. |
| Description: | The implementation of the Reforma Integral de la Educación Media Superior for the teachers represents a range of challenges and concerns. Among these the new based on competencies approach and the possible curricular disconnection characterized by the lack of adequate materials to the new provisions. If we add the importance of the textbooks they have in the process of teaching mathematics, the choice of materials by teachers becomes more relevant. Therefore which ones the extended to the field of mathematics Curriculum Framework Common Disciplinary competences are favored with the activities proposed in three textbooks were identified. The investigation is bounded to the subject of limits, because of its importance as a structural concept and their complexity for teaching and contextualizing. For this purpose an instrument was designed, on the theoretical and methodological foundation the first two curriculum organizers of the didactical analysis. The results are organized under three headings. Which they confirm the importance of the textbook teacher in practice and exemplify the perception and the criteria for selection of the teachers surveyed. A comparative of the dimensions of the meanings that are promoted in each textbook; that although they are coincident in the meaning of reference proposed by the official program, reveal the need to use more than a textbook. Finally the capabilities that can be mobilized by students in solving exercises and problems proposed in the textbooks are presented. Of which impact the achievement of objectives of theoretical, technical and practical learning which in turn promote the development of some Competences. In this category were identified significant imbalances for the subject of limits, primarily in its application in non-mathematical contexts. |
