Resumen:
El objetivo del presente trabajo, es analizar el fenómeno mobbing y su afectación en procesos psicológicos como la motivación y pertenencia laboral del docente universitario, reflexionando sobre bases teóricas; haciendo uso del método cualitativo, con la aplicación de la observación y entrevistas semiestructuradas, utilizando el muestreo de juicio no probabilístico, tomando como población a los profesores de carrera
(Tiempos Completos, Medios Tiempos) así como los contratados por Hora Clase de la Universidad
Autónoma del estado de Zacatecas; con el fin de identificar la existencia de mobbing y sus implicaciones respecto a la motivación y sentido de pertenencia. Encontrándose que existe una fuerte motivación intrínseca de los docentes en cualquier tipo de contratación; manifestándose en el alto nivel
de compromiso y responsabilidad hacia su trabajo; Advirtiendo la existencia de mobbing encubierto, y concluyendo que puede permear hasta cierto punto la motivación y el sentido de pertenencia de dichos docentes universitarios

judgment sampling by
taking as a sample the university
teachers (full time, part time) as well as the those who are hired by hours in the
Autonomous Zacatecas University (UAZ). In order
to identify mobbing existence and its implications
on University teacher’s motivation and
sense of belonging in their labor environments.
Therefore, it is identified that there is a major intrinsic
motivation in all hiring status teachers for
their job and labor environment, noticing a high
hidden and undercover mobbing existence. All
in all, this study´s results show that motivation
and sense of belonging on the university teaching
staff is likely to be lessened by mobbing.
