| Abstract: | Este artículo forma parte de un conjunto de documentos que sintetizarán y analizarán el Marco Jurídico e Institucional Anticorrupción, el primer material de esta serie, fue publicado en esta misma revista, con el título de “Tratados Internacionales contra la corrupción”, publicado en el Volumen 2, Número 2, en junio de 2020. En esta ocasión, continuamos con una crónica breve de los antecedentes legislativos e institucionales que se han implementado en México, específicamente desde la década de los 80’s del siglo pasado en materia de combate a la corrupción. |
| Description: | This article is part of a set of documents that will synthesize and analyze the Anti- Corruption Legal and Institutional Framework, the first material in this series was published in this same magazine, with the title of "International Agreements against Corruption", published in Volume 2, Number 2, in June 2020. On this occasion, we continue with a brief chronicle of the legislative and institutional antecedents that have been implemented in Mexico, specifically since the 1980s of in the fight against corruption. |
