| Abstract: | La incorporación real de la equidad entre hombres y mujeres en las instituciones, implica una transformación total de la práctica y la cultura institucional, al integrar esta perspectiva se transforma la racionalidad de las instituciones y la forma en que ellas abordan los problemas sociales. El resultado de este proceso es que dichos asuntos ingresan a la agenda institucional como un tema cuya atención reorganiza las formas de trabajo, prioridades, estrategias y metas de la institución, así como las relaciones entre las distintas instituciones del Estado, en ambos casos, tanto al interior (política, cultura y normatividad institucional) como al exterior (políticas públicas) de las instituciones. |
| Description: | The real incorporation of equity between men and women in institutions implies a total transformation of practice and institutional culture. Integrating this perspective transforms the rationality of institutions and the way in which they address social problems. The result of this process is that these issues enter the institutional agenda as an issue whose attention reorganizes jobs, priorities, strategies, goals and objectives of the institution, as well as the relationships between the differentState institutions, in both cases, inside (politics, culture and institutional regulations) and outside (public policies) of the institutions. |
