| Abstract: | El presente trabajo aborda el escenario educativo que se afronta durante la pandemia covid-19. A abordado desde los temas económicos educativos socioculturales así como la estructura e infraestructura actuales de las tecnologías de información y comunicación y su conocimiento. Para ello fue necesario abordar antecedentes económicos sociales y restructuraciones en materia educativa, asimismo se ha puesto especial énfasis en una investigación de las herramientas qué son necesarias para la nueva educación digital. De tal manera podemos visualizar de una manera más clara la brecha digital a la que se afronta la ciudad de Zacatecas |
