| Abstract: | El texto hace alusión a la historia y desarrollo de la primera Escuela Normal para Señoritas en Zacatecas, institución educativa que se estableció en el Porfiriato. Así, se consideran los obstáculos para su creación, su crecimiento y posterior traslado a otro edificio, la matrícula y el perfil de las normalistas en la época. Lo anterior, considerando también el proceso de feminización que implicó el magisterio en la entidad, a tono con la dinámica nacional, como resultado de los procesos de construcción de género femenino en el periodo. |
| Description: | The text alludes to the history and development of the first Normal School for Young Ladies in Zacatecas, an educational institution that was established in the Porfiriato. Thus, the obstacles to its creation, its growth and subsequent transfer to another building, the enrollment and the profile of the normalistas at the time are considered. The aforementioned, also considering the feminization process that the teaching profession involved in the entity, in tune with the national dynamics, as a result of the processes of construction of the female gender in the period. |
