Resumen:
En esta investigación el objetivo planteado es, Analizar la eficiencia educativa con la
utilización de las TIC como herramienta pedagógica del docente durante la pandemia en la
UACyA/UAZ. La metodología aplicada corresponde al enfoque mixto (cuanti-cualitativo),
mediante la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario
semiestructurado con preguntas de opción múltiple a escala Likert y respuesta
complementada, se validó mediante el juicio experto, el tratamiento de la información fue
mediante tablas en Excel para el análisis e interpretación de los resultados. Este se aplicó a
15 docentes de la Unidad Académica de Contaduría y Administración, desde el muestreo por
conveniencia. Los resultados encontrados son que, las TIC utilizadas con mayor frecuencia
durante el confinamiento pandémico, fueron: el Classroom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom
y como dispositivo tecnológico la Laptop; respecto a la percepción del docente sobre la
calidad educativa en el uso de las TIC como herramienta pedagógica durante la pandemia, se
encontró que no mejoró la calidad educativa, debido a la falta de preparación en herramientas
tecnológicas y a la escasez de equipo tecnológico. Se concluye que no existió eficiencia
educativa en la utilización de las TIC, debido que los docentes no contaron con las
habilidades y competencias en el manejo de las TIC en el acto pedagógico durante la
pandemia, por la falta de conocimiento y capacitación en el uso de estas.

The objective of this research is to analyze the educational efficiency with the use of ICT as
a pedagogical tool of the teacher during the pandemic at the UACyA/UAZ. The methodology
applied corresponds to the mixed approach (quantitative-qualitative), through the survey
technique and the instrument used was a semi-structured questionnaire with multiple choice
questions on a Likert scale and complemented response, validated by expert judgment, the
treatment of the information was through Excel tables for the analysis and interpretation of
the results. This was applied to 15 teachers of the Academic Unit of Accounting and
Administration, based on convenience sampling. The results found are that the ICT used most
frequently during the pandemic confinement were: Classroom, WhatsApp, Google Meet,
Zoom and as a technological device the Laptop; regarding the teacher's perception of the
educational quality in the use of ICT as a pedagogical tool during the pandemic, it was found
that the educational quality did not improve, due to the lack of preparation in technological
tools and the shortage of technological equipment. It is concluded that there was no
educational efficiency in the use of ICT, because teachers did not have the skills and
competencies in the use of ICT in the pedagogical act during the pandemic, due to the lack
of knowledge and training in the use of these tools
