dc.description	Claudio César Calabrese´s book Community and Pedagogy. The Platonic philosophy of education [Zacatecas, Texere, 2018. 222 pp.] elaborates a systematic reflection of the work of the Greek thinker, tracing the central educational postulates of Plato . The central contribution is found in the demonstration of the pedagogical value of myths as an intrinsically necessary resource for the formation of the human being. The present review offers a historical framework with which to contrast the results presented by the author in his book to make evident the advances that his research offers, not only for the philosophy of education, but for the reinterpretation of the history of the pedagogy	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El libro de Claudio César Calabrese Comunidad y Pedagogía. La filosofía platónica de la educación [Zacatecas, Texere, 2018. 222 pp.] elabora una reflexión sistemática de la obra del pensador griego, rastreándose los postulados educativos centrales de Platón. La aportación central se encuentra en la demostración del valor pedagógico de los mitos como un recurso intrínsecamente necesario para la formación del ser humano. En la reseña presente se ofrece un marco histórico con el cual contrastar las aportaciones del libro que presenta el autor para hacer evidentes los avances que la investigación ofrece, no sólo para la filosofía de la educación, sino para la reinterpretación de la historia de la pedagogía	es_ES
