| dc.description | The subject of this work is the Alameda “José Trinidad García de la Cadena” as a cultural and natural landscape space. Its occupation and use have given rise to a historical memory for the inhabitants of the city of Zacatecas, and even for its visitors. A related proposition is that the Zacatecas Alameda—regardless of the effectiveness of government management and action—fulfills functions as a historical, cultural, and natural landscape. This is demonstrated through the historical evolution of the city, in relation to the Alameda, first as a peripheral point and now as part of the perimeter declared a World Heritage Site. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | El objeto de este trabajo se refiere a la Alameda “José Trinidad García de la Cadena” como un espacio de paisaje cultural y natural, por su ocupación y utilización emana en una memoria histórica para los habitantes de la ciudad de Zacatecas, e incluso para sus visitantes. Una propuesta derivada es que el espacio de la alameda zacatenquense —sin importar el grado de eficacia en la gestión y acción gubernamental sobre ella— cumple con funciones como paisaje histórico, cultural y natural. Lo anterior trata de mostrarse desde la evolución histórica de la ciudad, relacionada con el espacio de la alameda, primero como un punto periférico y ahora como parte del perímetro declarado como patrimonio mundial. | en_US |
