| Abstract: | El presente trabajo busca analizar los principales elementos de las redes sociales de los programas académicos de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas en el proceso de gestión de la información y así comprender su articulación con los modelos de comunicación institucional y generar un manual de gestión. Se realizaron siete entrevistas semiestructuradas a responsables, formales e informales, de la gestión de redes sociales de distintos programas de la universidad. Las redes sociales contribuyen a la construcción de comunidad, al fortalecimiento de la identidad institucional y a la difusión de valores y logros académicos. Por tanto, la gestión de redes sociales debe realizarse a través de lineamientos y estrategias que garanticen una comunicación institucional coherente y de calidad. |
| Description: | The present work seeks to analyze the main elements of the social media accounts of the academic programs at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas within the information management process, in order to understand how they align with institutional communication models and to develop a management manual. Seven semi structured interviews were conducted with both formal and informal personnel responsible for managing the social media of various university programs. Social media contributes to community building, the strengthening of institutional identity, and the dissemination of academic values and achievements. Therefore, social media management must be carried out through guidelines and strategies that ensure coherent and high quality institutional communication. |
