| Abstract: | En México y en otros países, las personas usuarias de redes sociales se incrementan rápidamente, tanto como consumidoras o productoras de contenido; el influencer menor de edad ha sido colocado por sus padres como prestador de servicios en plataformas como YouTube, Instagram o TikTok mediante contratos publicitarios. Este trabajo infantil es una forma de violación de los derechos humanos que compromete el desarrollo físico, psicológico y moral de niñas, niños y adolescentes. A partir de declaraciones internacionales y la normativa mexicana sobre el trabajo infantil y ley general de derechos de niñas, niños y adolescentes, se toma el caso MaTiBo (tiktoker de cinco años de edad) para exponer la ausencia de una crianza positiva por parte de sus padres y el impacto de vivir en condiciones que disminuyen su bienestar y sano desarrollo integral. |
| Description: | In Mexico and other countries, social media users are increasing rapidly, both as consumers and producers of content; the underage influencer has been placed by his parents as a service provider on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok through advertising contracts. This child labor is a form of violation of human rights that compromises the physical, psychological, and moral development of children and adolescents. Based on international declarations regulations on child labor and Mexico’s general law on the rights of children and adolescents, the case of MaTiBo (five-yearold tiktoker) is taken to expose the absence of positive parenting by her parents and the impact of living in conditions that diminish their well-being and healthy integral development. |
