dc.description	The arrival of the 20th century gradually established important promises that guaranteed significant changes for the population. One of these was the issue of land, which had been one of the most important driving forces of the Mexican Revolution, and another was education. One hundred years had passed since Mexico had gained its independence, and the projects designed for the Mexican people had still not materialized. During the transition from the 19th to the 20th century, the plan was finalized, and subsequently, a national education system was established, which was one of the most important achievements of the new century.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	La llegada del siglo XX estableció de manera progresiva importantes promesas que garantizaban cambios significativos para la población. Una de ellas fue el tema de las tierras, que había sido uno de los motores más importantes de la Revolución Mexicana, y otra fue la educación. Habían pasado ya cien años desde que México había obtenido su independencia, y aún no se lograban cristalizar los proyectos que se habían diseñado para la población mexicana. En la transición del siglo XIX al XX, se había logrado el plan, y posteriormente, el establecimiento de un sistema educativo nacional, el cual fue uno de los logros más importantes que se obtuvieron en el nuevo siglo.	en_US
