dc.description	The present work tries to demonstrate how the Higher Education Institutions can be conceived under the model of entrepreneurization since they have organizational structures as well as administrative styles that are reviewed from organizational theories where these if they are not observed or are not applied properly generate gaps of power that could be used by those organizational harassers to the detriment of the occupational health of fellow teachers. For this a mixed methodology was applied, presenting part of the results that allow to identify the administrative style prone to the generation of mobbing in educational Institutions.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo intenta demostrar como las Instituciones Educativas de Nivel Superior pueden ser concebidas bajo el modelo de empresarilización ya que cuentan con estructuras organizativas, sí como estilos administrativos que son revisados desde teorías organizacionales en donde estas si no se observan o no se aplican adecuadamente generarían vacíos de poder que pudieran ser utilizados por aquellos acosadores organizacionales en detrimento de la salud ocupacional de los compañeros docentes. Para esto se aplicó una metodología mixta, presentando parte de los resultados que permiten identificar el estilo administrativo proclive a la generación de mobbing en Instituciones educativas.	en_US
