Resumen:
La presente investigación tiene como finalidad realizar un análisis que pretende
informar y acercar al lector sobre la importancia y el conocimiento del Desarrollo
Humano en las sociedades y principalmente en la sociedad zacatecana, como una
alternativa y proceso indispensable-necesario de tener y ampliar las oportunidades
de cada individuo mediante el desenvolvimiento de sus capacidades y habilidades
mejorando su calidad de vida mediante el acceso a sistemas de educación de
calidad, goce de servicios de salud, de oportunidades favorables de trabajo,
seguridad y servicios de calidad que le permitan aumentar sus posibilidades de
tener libertad y ejercer una vida plena con condiciones de vida que le propicien
bienestar y felicidad Por ello, se hace una revisión de los cambios sociales que han
impactado y definido las actuales condiciones de vida del ser humano, creando
malestar social ante el desencanto, insatisfacción, desigualdad, violencia,
corrupción, egoísmo, falta de valores y en resumen infelicidad, entre otros males;
cuya presencia dejan una brecha de desigualdad, pobreza y ensimismamiento tema
que retomaremos en el capítulo sobre “Cultura del Consumo” que conduce al ser
humano a la pérdida de la esperanza y el consumo innecesario de productos, que
afectan su bienestar y calidad de vida. Se estudia, el fenómeno de la corrupción, ya
que impide el desarrollo humano, ante una arbitraria e injusta distribución de la
riqueza de una nación, limita el pleno ejercicio de la libertad, derechos humanos e
incluso el conocimiento de la felicidad ante un entorno lleno de miserias materiales
y espirituales. A partir de esos problemas se busca identificar las capacidades de
los individuos, colectivos, organizaciones y sociedad en general, para encontrar
herramientas asertivas que regulen, promuevan y fomenten el desarrollo humano a
través de la felicidad, como alternativa que mejore las condiciones sociales
generales y nos devuelva la esperanza para construir proyectos de vida que
alimenten el diario vivir, y un futuro que fomente el desarrollo individual y colectivo
de nuestras sociedades

The present research is to carry out an analysis that aims to inform and bring the
reader closer to the importance and knowledge of Human Development in societies

whose presence leaves a gap of inequality, poverty and self-absorption, a topic that
we will return to in the chapter on "Consumption Culture" that leads human beings
to the loss of hope and the unnecessary consumption of products, which affect their
well-being and quality of life. The phenomenon of corruption is studied, since it
prevents human development, in the face of an arbitrary and unfair distribution of
the wealth of a nation, limits the full exercise of freedom, human rights and even the
knowledge of happiness in a crowded environment. of material and spiritual
miseries. Based on these problems, it seeks to identify the capacities of individuals,
groups, organizations and society in general, to find assertive tools that regulate,
promote and foster human development through happiness, as an alternative that
improves general social conditions and give us back hope to build life projects that
feed daily life, and a future that fosters the individual and collective development of
our societies.
