Resumen:
A través del tiempo la educación ha sufrido cambios en su estructura,
dos de los cambios más importantes que se pueden observar son el plan curricular
y la enseñanza de una lengua extranjera (el inglés). En consecuencia, se ha
buscado que estos cambios provean a los futuros profesionistas de las herramientas
y conocimientos necesarios para responder a las problemáticas, intereses y
necesidades a las que se enfrentarán en los diferentes ámbitos de su vida. Por ello,
el objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar la perspectiva curricular de la
enseñanza del inglés como segunda lengua en la Licenciatura en Lenguas
Extranjeras (LILEX) de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas (UAZ). Para llevar a
cabo esta investigación se recurrió al método cualitativo con la implementación de
la técnica de entrevista en profundidad y para la obtención de los resultados se
utilizó el Open Coding. En los resultados se observó que para que los estudiantes
sean profesionistas preparados para impartir una educación de calidad y responder
a las necesidades y problemáticas en los distintos contextos en los que se
desenvuelven, es necesario que los conocimientos, competencias y plan curricular
de las instituciones se actualicen de acuerdo a las necesidades cambiantes. En
conclusión, los docentes deben desarrollar conocimientos, competencias y
habilidades lingüísticas, en conjunto con la teoría y la práctica para que con todos
los elementos adquiridos sean capaces de impartir la educación de calidad
deseada

Over time, education has undergone changes in its structure, two of the
most important changes that can be observed are the curriculum and the teaching
of a foreign language (English). Consequently, these changes have sought to
provide future professionals with the necessary tools and knowledge to respond to
the problems, interests and needs they will face in different areas of their lives.
Therefore, the main objective of this research is to analyze the curricular perspective
of teaching English as a second language in the Bachelor's Degree in Foreign
Languages (LILEX) at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (UAZ). In order to
carry out this research, the qualitative method was used with the implementation of
the in-depth interview technique as well as Open Coding to obtain the results. In the
results, it was observed that in order for students to be professionals prepared to
provide quality education and respond to the needs and problems in the different
contexts in which they develop, it is necessary that the knowledge, competencies
and curricular plan of the institutions be updated according to the changing needs.
In conclusion, teachers must develop knowledge, competencies and linguistic skills,
in conjunction with theory and practice, so that with all the elements acquired they
are able to provide quality education.
