El factor de impacto y difusión científica de docentes investigadores incorporados al SNI.

Resumen:
Esta investigación tiene como propósito fundamental caracterizar identificar “El factor de
impacto de la producción y difusión científica de docentes investigadores incorporados al
SNI” desde las concepciones que tienen los investigadores de las diversas áreas del
conocimiento de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas, y que están dentro del Sistema
Nacional de Investigadores.
Este, es un estudio descriptivo mediante la aplicación de un instrumento de
obtención de información con preguntas de opción múltiple a través del Google Drive,
enviado desde el correo electrónico. Se toma como unidad de observación a los
investigadores de las diferentes áreas del conocimiento de la UAZ, éstos, contestaron y
regresaron el cuestionario por la misma vía. La investigación concluye que los
investigadores asumen el compromiso de investigar, producir artículos indexados desde la
frontera del conocimiento, donde se determina la cientificidad y mejora de la calidad de
las publicaciones y ser citados; así como, los capítulos de libro y libros publicados por
editoriales de prestigio nacional e internacional. Estos documentos en su revisión pasa por
pares académicos para su aceptación y difusión de la producción generada y participar en
evaluaciones en el SNI. Reconocen recibir poco apoyo por sus directivos por falta de
planeación y gestión institucional, aunque mencionan reciben apoyos de otras
dependencias entre ellas SPAUAZ, CONACYT, y agrupa sus publicaciones principalmente
en Orcid, Scorpus Author ID, Researcher ID, Dialnet, Google. Las bases de datos para la
difusión de la producción del investigador son: Scopus, Web of Science, Ebsco, JCR,
Latindex, Google Académico. La UAZ necesita repensar su quehacer investigativo,
preparar a sus docentes – investigadores, contar jóvenes investigadores, formados en sus
programas académicos de calidad, así como del extranjero para que generen productos y
los compartan en el repositorio Caxcán. Así el investigador renueva el espíritu con
producción privilegiada y contribuye al desarrollo social económico político y cultural del
país y del estado de Zacatecas

The purpose of this research was to fundamentally identify "The impact factor of the
production and dissemination of scientific research teachers incorporated into the SNI",
the conceptions that researchers have based on the opinion of researchers in various
areas of the knowledge of the UAZ and that they are within the National System of
Researchers. This is a descriptive study by applying an instrument to obtain information
with multiple-choice questions through Google Drive and sent from email. The
researchers from the different areas of knowledge of the UAZ are taken as an observation
unit, they answered and returned the questionnaire in the same way. The research
concludes that the researchers assume the commitment to investigate, produce indexed
articles from the frontier of knowledge, where the scientific nature and improvement of
the quality of publications is determined and cited; as well as book and book chapters
published by publishers of national and international prestige. These in their review go
through academic peers for acceptance and dissemination of the production generated
and participate in evaluations in the SNI. They acknowledge receiving little support from
their managers due to lack of planning and institutional management. They receive
support from other units SPAUAZ, CONACYT, among others, and groups their publications
mainly in Orcid, Scorpus Author ID, Researcher ID, Dialnet, Google. The databases for the
dissemination of the researcher's production are Scopus, Web of Science, Ebsco, JCR,
Latindex, Google Scholar. The UAZ needs to rethink its research work, prepare its teachers
- researchers, count young researchers, trained in its quality academic programs, as well
as abroad to generate products and share them in the "caxcan" repository. Thus the
researcher renews the spirit with privileged production and contributing to the political
and cultural economic social development of the country and the state of Zacatecas.
