dc.description	This research work focuses its attention on the analysis of toxic femininity and its imprint on feminism and the fight for the construction of substantive equality, an ancient struggle that women have led. The background to this is the increase in struggles, rivalries and violence between women in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), even considering extreme degrees, such as misogyny. The above is considered an increasingly deep obstacle that undermines the feminist struggle and consolidates the patriarchal system, which is why feminist literacy is considered necessary that includes the dismantling of such behaviors among the female sex. In this perspective, the work also analyzes some situations that have developed in HEIs, spaces where violence between women has increased, both in vertical and horizontal relational terms.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo de investigación centra su atención en el análisis de la feminidad tóxica y su impronta en el feminismo y la lucha por la edificación de una igualdad sustantiva, contienda milenaria que han encabezado las mujeres. El trasfondo de esto es el aumento de luchas, rivalidades y violencias entre mujeres en las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), incluso considerando grados extremos, como la misoginia. Lo anterior, se considera como un escollo cada vez más profundo que merma la contienda feminista y consolida el sistema patriarcal, por lo que se considera necesario una alfabetización feminista que incluya la desarticulación de tales conductas entre el sexo femenino. En esta perspectiva, el trabajo también analiza algunas situaciones que se han desarrollado en las IES, espacios donde se han incrementado las violencias entre mujeres, tanto en términos relacionales de carácter vertical y horizontal.	en_US
